Wie ben jij?

Jij hebt affiniteit met de ouderenzorg en vindt het belangrijk om bewoners warmte, aandacht en een gevoel van thuis te geven. Je houdt van afwisseling en pakt makkelijk verschillende taken op.

Het ene moment ben je bezig met licht huishoudelijke werkzaamheden, zoals het verschonen van de bedden of het opruimen van de eettafel. Het andere moment schenk je koffie of thee en maak je een praatje met bewoners. Je voelt goed aan wat iemand nodig heeft en draagt actief bij aan een gezellige en huiselijke sfeer.

Verder herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een eigen auto;
  • Je bent voornamelijk doordeweeks beschikbaar zowel de ochtenden als in de avonden en je bent bereid diensten in het weekend te draaien.
  • Ochtenddiensten beginnen tussen 07.00-08.00 uur en middagdiensten vanaf 16.00 uur.
  • Jij weet als geen ander hoe je bewoners warmte en aandacht kunt geven.

Wij bieden jou:

  • De functie is ingeschaald conform de CAO VVT in FWG 20 (tussen € 2.488,17 - € 3.064,53 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur per week). Naast vakantiegeld (8%) en eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%) hebben we primaire- en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die interessant voor je kunnen zijn. Het zijn er zoveel dat we hiervoor een aparte pagina hebben gemaakt.
  • Je start met een tijdelijk contract van 3 maanden. Bij wederzijdse tevredenheid behoort verlenging tot de mogelijkheden, waarbij je ook ADL-handelingen zult uitvoeren
  • Je mag zelf je rooster bepalen.

Waar ga je werken?

Ons Flexteam biedt je de kans om op verschillende locaties binnen de regio De Bilt/Bilthoven te werken. Je werkt flexibel op diverse plekken in jouw regio en in verschillende teams, wat zorgt voor afwisseling en een brede ervaring. Je schrijft je in voor openstaande diensten om zo je eigen werkrooster te bepalen. Flexibiliteit is essentieel, dus je werkt zowel doordeweeks als in de avonden, weekenden en op feestdagen. Samen met je collega flexers vul je de openstaande diensten in bij onze woonzorglocaties en verpleeghuizen. Dit betekent uitdaging, vrijheid en de kans om je vaardigheden en kennis te vergroten op onze locatie
