Das erwartet dich

  • Du verantwortest die technische Weiterentwicklung unserer Campus Management Software academyFIVE und gestaltest deren Zukunft aktiv mit.
  • Du analysierst fachliche Anforderungen hinsichtlich technischer Machbarkeit, Architektur, Skalierbarkeit und Wartbarkeit und entwickelst daraus nachhaltige Lösungskonzepte.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Projektmanagement, Entwicklung, Architektur und DevOps zusammen und schlägst die Brücke zwischen fachlicher Vision und technischer Umsetzung.
  • Du formulierst technische Anforderungen, Epics und User Stories und sorgst für eine klare Grundlage für unsere Entwicklungsteams.
  • Du priorisierst technische Themen wie Architekturverbesserungen, Schnittstellen, Performance-Optimierungen und Plattform-Weiterentwicklungen gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Du begleitest die Umsetzung komplexer Features als technischer Sparringspartner und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwarelandschaft ein.

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Software Architect, Senior Software Developer oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Rolle.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Softwarearchitekturen, Schnittstellen, Datenstrukturen und modernen Web-Anwendungen.
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Spezifikation komplexer Softwarelösungen sowie in agilen Entwicklungsprozessen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen aufzubereiten.
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau (zwingend erforderlich) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse notwendig – beides in Wort und Schrift.
  • Wohnsitz in Deutschland, da regelmäßige Zusammenarbeit vor Ort sowie arbeitsrechtliche Rahmenbedingungen dies voraussetzen.
