This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic architecture leadership, driving the design and development of scalable solutions while mentoring teams and fostering technical excellence.

It requires deep technical expertise, a focus on innovation and performance, and the ability to guide solution delivery from concept to production in a collaborative environment.

Promote learning and curiosity about new and emerging technologies.

Team Mentoring and technical support

High level Software Architecture and design

Building prototypes/PoCs to explore and demonstrate proposed technologies and architectures.

Solution development of critical and challenging system components

Technical evaluation of tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues

Solution delivery in collaboration with development teams
