Como Assistente de Compras e Logística, você apoiará a cadeia de suprimentos garantindo agilidade, qualidade e custo competitivo nas operações.

  • Executar processos de compras de materiais diretos e indiretos.
  • Realizar cotações, negociações e acompanhamento de pedidos.
  • Controlar prazos de entrega e níveis de estoque.
  • Dar suporte às rotinas de importação, transporte e armazenagem.
  • Atualizar cadastros, contratos e indicadores da área.
  • Interagir com fornecedores e áreas internas para resolução de pendências.
  • Contribuir para melhoria contínua de processos de compras e logística.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em compras e/ou logística
  • Formação técnica ou superior em Administração, Logística, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento em processos de compras, follow-up de pedidos e controle de estoque.
  • Domínio de Excel e sistemas ERP (ex.: SAP, Totvs ou similares).
  • Habilidade de negociação, organização e foco em prazos.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial.

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência em indústria ou empresas de grande porte.
  • Conhecimento em rotinas de importação e transporte internacional.
  • Inglês ou espanhol para contato com fornecedores.
  • Experiência com indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) de compras e logística.
  • Assistência médica e dental;
  • Reembolso de 80% para medicamentos com prescrição e aquisição de medicamentos sem desembolso imediato;
  • Participação nos resultados;
