What You'll Be Doing:
The Market Solutions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing brand marketing activities, ensuring effective implementation, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking.
The role works closely with the Market Solutions Manager to implement marketing strategies and achieve brand objectives.
- Plan and execute Academy programs, Dr./BC offline events, and clinic events.
- Organize domestic and international congresses, including booth planning and on-site operations.
- Manage event-related communication with doctors, clinics, and customers.
- Prepare event agendas, educational materials, and branded promotional items.
- Manage educational samples and KMDIA reporting.
- Coordinate vendors, agencies, logistics, and event schedules.
- Take ownership of assigned events, including budget management, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
- Track and report measurable event outcomes, including attendance, engagement, lead generation, budget efficiency, and post-event follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or educational program management
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic industries preferred
- Strong project management and operational execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in fast-paced environments
