Job Responsibilities:

Manage construction activities and progress independently

Able to understand structural drawing, specifications andrequirements

Supervise and lead a team of workers to perform on site work

Resolve design site problems encountered during theconstruction period

Ensure the quality of work

Responsible for implementing the work plan of the ProjectManager

Prepare daily progress report and work schedule

Attend project meetings

Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability

Requirement:

Min 2 years of experience in a manging site operation

Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawing

Good communication skills, able to coordinate & liaisewith people at all levels

Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Hard-working and keen to learn

Team player and also able to work independently
