Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar a equipe de vendas, motivando e capacitando os colaboradores;
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas para aumentar o desempenho e a eficiência da equipe;
  • Acompanhar e analisar os indicadores de vendas, propondo ações corretivas e de melhoria contínua;
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento com clientes-chave e identificar novas oportunidades de negócio;
  • Participar ativamente no planejamento de metas e orçamentos da área de vendas.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipes de vendas.
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de negociação e vendas.
  • Capacidade de análise de mercado e identificação de tendências.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Formação acadêmica na área de Administração, Marketing ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.
