Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unser HR-Team im operativen Recruiting-Geschäft
  • Du übernimmst eigenständig kleine Projekte im HR-Bereich und bringst diese zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss (z.B. On-/Offboarding, Teamevents, Mitarbeitermotivation, Employer Branding etc.).
  • Du unterstützt bei allen Themen rund um den Bereich Personalmarketing
  • Du bringst Deine Ideen bzgl. Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen ein
  • Du pflegst und verwaltest Daten, Unterlagen und Dokumente.
  • Du unterstützt den Einkauf sowie die Kommunikation mit Lieferanten
  • Du übernimmst Recherchetätigkeiten und führst Angebotsvergleiche durch
  • Du unterstützt uns bei Daily Business Aufgaben und der Organisation des Büroalltags

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Management oder vergleichbar.
  • Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Praxiserfahrung durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeit im Personalbereich gesammelt.
  • Du hast viel Drive Dich weiterzuentwickeln und bist Dir nicht zu schade mit anzupacken.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit.
  • Du bringst jede Menge Teamgeist mit.
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Monate Deiner Zeit mit (Ggf. ist auch eine anschließende Festanstellung möglich)
