Du hast Lust, nicht nur über ERP-Systeme zu schreiben, sondern eines wirklich aufzubauen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Wir suchen eine engagierte Studentin oder einen engagierten Studenten, der im Rahmen einer Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit gemeinsam mit uns ein ERP-System auf Basis von Ninox entwickelt – von der Prozessanalyse bis zur funktionierenden Umsetzung im Unternehmen. Idealerweise startest du mit einem kurzen Praktikum, um unsere Abläufe kennenzulernen und dein Abschlussarbeitsthema gemeinsam mit uns zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Aufnahme bestehender Geschäftsprozesse
  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung individueller Lösungen
  • Erstellung, Umbau, Konsolidierung und Verknüpfung von Datenbanken
  • Entwicklung strukturierter Datenmodelle und zentraler Unternehmensmodule
  • Automatisierung von Workflows und Geschäftsabläufen
  • Erstellung von Dashboards und Auswertungen für operative und strategische Entscheidungen
  • Integration externer Systeme sowie Entwicklung von Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Systemlandschaft
  • Dokumentation der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Ergebnisse im Rahmen einer Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit

Dein Profil

  • Du befindest dich in einem laufenden Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Digital Business, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Programmierung (z. B. JavaScript, Python oder vergleichbare Sprachen) und denkst Dich schnell in neue Systeme ein
  • Du interessierst Dich für Prozesse, Software und digitale Geschäftsmodelle
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und denkst gerne in Systemen
  • Du hast Freude daran, Dinge nicht nur zu verstehen, sondern praktisch umzusetzen
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken, ERP-Systemen, Automatisierung oder No-/Low-Code Tools (z. B. Ninox, Airtable, Notion oder vergleichbar)
  • Du bringst Eigeninitiative mit und hast Lust, Verantwortung für ein reales Projekt zu übernehmen
