Monitorar o ambiente crítico de negócios. Garantir o cumprimento de SLAs. Identificar desvios proativamente. Analisar processos internos. Apoiar na aderência de indicadores operacionais. Monitorar serviços transacionais e APIs. Registrar incidentes. Realizar monitoração proativa e reativa. Promover salas de warroom. Operar um centro de comando para monitoramento e gerenciamento de sistemas e fluxos. Entender e melhorar a experiência do usuário, priorizando usabilidade e eficiência. Envolver-se no desenvolvimento, suporte ou monitoramento de sistemas voltados para transações financeiras, como Pix. Analisar e melhorar processos com visão sistêmica. Traduzir requisitos técnicos para profissionais de negócios e vice-versa, garantindo alinhamento entre áreas técnicas e de negócio.

Requisitos

Experiência (5 anos ou mais ) com Command Center para monitoramento de sistemas e gestão de incidentes/ WarRoom. Conhecimento avançado na ferramenta Datadog/Grafana/Splunk//Zabbix Experiência na área financeira. Experiência em transmitir e traduzir requisitos técnicos para profissionais de negócios e vice-versa, garantindo alinhamento eficaz entre áreas técnicas e de negócios. -

Inglês para leitura/escrita Intermediário Será um diferencial: Certificação ou curso ITIL

Modelo de Trabalho:

Presencial em São Paulo/SP. Horário: 14:00 às 23:00. Escala: 5x2.
