Principais Responsabilidades Projetar, desenvolver e implementar soluções de software robustas, escaláveis e de alta performance utilizando Java. Desenvolver, evoluir e manter APIs RESTful seguras, performáticas e escaláveis. Projetar e implementar arquiteturas baseadas em microsserviços. Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares para compreender requisitos de negócio e traduzi-los em soluções técnicas eficientes. Atuar na identificação e resolução de problemas relacionados à performance, disponibilidade e segurança das aplicações. Realizar code reviews, garantindo qualidade, manutenibilidade e aderência às melhores práticas de desenvolvimento. Aplicar conceitos de Clean Code, SOLID e padrões de desenvolvimento. Contribuir na definição de padrões arquiteturais e boas práticas junto aos arquitetos de software. Apoiar o desenvolvimento técnico do time, promovendo compartilhamento de conhecimento e evolução contínua. Desenvolver e implementar soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial para automação e otimização de processos, promovendo ganhos de eficiência operacional e qualidade das entregas.

Requisitos Experiência sólida com Java (8+) e ecossistema Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data e Spring Security). Vivência com bancos de dados relacionais, como PostgreSQL e MySQL. Conhecimento em bancos NoSQL, como MongoDB e Redis. Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços. Vivência com ferramentas de mensageria, como Kafka, RabbitMQ ou AWS SQS. Conhecimento em conteinerização e orquestração utilizando Docker e Kubernetes. Experiência com práticas de CI/CD utilizando ferramentas como Jenkins, GitLab CI ou similares. Domínio de versionamento de código com Git. Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis (Scrum e/ou Kanban). Experiência em Open Finance e contextos regulatórios. Vivência na utilização de ferramentas e soluções de Inteligência Artificial para automação, análise de dados, otimização de processos e aumento de produtividade no desenvolvimento de software. Ensino superior completo ou em andamento na área de Tecnologia ou correlatas.
