Estamos em busca de um Analista de Crédito para compor nosso time em Curitiba! Se você possui perfil analítico, é detalhista e busca um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo, essa oportunidade é para você.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar análises de crédito de clientes PF e PJ, com foco na avaliação da capacidade de pagamento, situação econômico-financeira, endividamento e riscos envolvidos nas operações;
  • Avaliar solicitações de crédito relacionadas à comercialização de grãos, máquinas agrícolas e veículos pesados, considerando as particularidades de cada operação;
  • Analisar documentação cadastral, financeira, patrimonial e fiscal, assegurando a consistência das informações utilizadas na tomada de decisão;
  • Elaborar pareceres técnicos de crédito, apresentando análises, riscos identificados, garantias disponíveis e recomendações para aprovação ou reprovação;
  • Analisar e deliberar sobre solicitações de crédito dentro dos limites de alçada estabelecidos, encaminhando operações de maior complexidade às instâncias competentes;
  • Avaliar a adequação das garantias oferecidas, considerando sua natureza, suficiência e aderência às políticas internas;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento da carteira de crédito em conjunto com as áreas comerciais, identificando riscos e necessidades de reavaliação;
  • Atuar em parceria com as equipes comerciais e filiais, oferecendo suporte técnico para análise e estruturação das operações de crédito;
  • Assegurar o cumprimento das políticas, normas e procedimentos internos de concessão de crédito;
  • Ministrar treinamentos e orientar profissionais das filiais sobre políticas, procedimentos, documentação e boas práticas relacionadas à concessão de crédito;
  • Atuar como multiplicador das diretrizes e procedimentos de crédito, contribuindo para a padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Agronomia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em análise e concessão de crédito para clientes Pessoa Física (PF) e Pessoa Jurídica (PJ);
  • Conhecimento em análise de demonstrativos financeiros, indicadores econômico-financeiros e matemática financeira;
  • Domínio de fluxo de caixa, capacidade de pagamento e avaliação de riscos;
  • Pacote Office com Excel intermediário;
  • Habilidade na elaboração de pareceres técnicos fundamentados;
  • Organização, proatividade, senso de urgência e foco em resultados;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.

Requisitos desejáveis:

  • Experiência em análise de crédito voltada ao agronegócio (crédito rural, grãos e maquinário);
  • Conhecimento sobre ciclos produtivos, sazonalidade agrícola e custos de produção;
  • Familiaridade com garantias agrícolas (Barter, CPR, Alienação Fiduciária);
  • Vivência com bureaus de crédito e ferramentas de avaliação de risco.
