The posting

Estamos em busca de um Analista de RH para atuar na execução e controle dos processos de Departamento Pessoal, garantindo a correta operacionalização da folha de pagamento, administração de pessoal e cumprimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária, com apoio ao uso do sistema de folha Sênior.

Responsabilidades:

  • Executar e acompanhar o processo de folha de pagamento, incluindo admissões, demissões, férias, rescisões, encargos e conferências;
  • Realizar o fechamento mensal da folha de pagamento, garantindo a acuracidade de grandes volumes de dados;
  • Realizar lançamentos, conferências e manutenção de dados no sistema de folha Sênior, assegurando a integridade das informações;
  • Apoiar a execução das obrigações trabalhistas e acessórias (eSocial e demais obrigações legais);
  • Analisar e corrigir inconsistências de folha, com suporte técnico quando necessário;
  • Controlar e acompanhar jornadas, horas extras e afastamentos;
  • Atender colaboradores e gestores, prestando orientações claras sobre as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;
  • Elaborar e manter controles e relatórios gerenciais da área;
  • Contribuir para a padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos internos.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento prático no sistema de folha Sênior (obrigatório);
  • Experiência com fechamento de folha de pagamento em cenários de alta volumetria;
  • Conhecimento sólido da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária;
  • Vivência com eSocial;
  • Domínio de Excel para controles, conferências e relatórios;
  • Excelente relacionamento interpessoal e perfil colaborativo;
  • Organização e foco em cumprimento de prazos.
