A Sipal Agronegócio está em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) Comercial – Originação para fortalecer nosso time comercial em Querência/MT!

Se você tem experiência no mercado de grãos, perfil comercial, habilidade em negociação e gosta de estar próximo ao produtor, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!

Principais responsabilidades

· Atuar na originação de grãos, especialmente soja e milho;

· Desenvolver e fortalecer o relacionamento com produtores rurais;

· Prospectar novos clientes e oportunidades comerciais na região;

· Negociar compra e venda de grãos, buscando melhores oportunidades para o negócio;

· Acompanhar mercado, preços e movimentações da região;

· Elaborar estratégias para aumento do volume de originação;

· Liderar e acompanhar a equipe comercial da filial;

· Garantir o cumprimento das metas e indicadores comerciais;

· Atuar em parceria com as áreas de logística, armazenagem e operações.

Requisitos

· Ensino superior completo, preferencialmente em Agronomia, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;

· Experiência na área comercial do agronegócio;

· Experiência com originação de grãos;

· Conhecimento do mercado de soja e milho;

· Habilidade em negociação e relacionamento com produtores;

· Perfil comercial, liderança, visão estratégica e foco em resultados;

· CNH B e disponibilidade para viagens.
