SOBRE A VAGA

Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) Comercial de Originação para atuar em Vilhena/RO, sendo responsável pela gestão comercial da região e pelo desenvolvimento das estratégias de originação de grãos, fortalecendo o relacionamento com produtores e ampliando as oportunidades de negócio.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe comercial;
  • Gestão das metas e resultados de originação;
  • Desenvolver e fortalecer relacionamento com produtores rurais;
  • Prospecção e expansão da carteira de produtores;
  • Negociação e originação de soja e milho;
  • Acompanhamento de mercado, preços e oportunidades comerciais;
  • Gestão de contratos e negociações;
  • Desenvolver estratégias para aumento do volume e margem de originação;
  • Acompanhar indicadores comerciais e elaborar planos de ação;
  • Identificar oportunidades de crescimento na região de Vilhena e entorno;
  • Atuar de forma estratégica na expansão da presença comercial da Sipal.

REQUISITOS

  • Experiência na área comercial, preferencialmente com originação de grãos;
  • Conhecimento do mercado de soja e milho;
  • Experiência com negociação e relacionamento com produtores;
  • Vivência em gestão de equipes e resultados;
  • Perfil comercial, estratégico e orientado para resultados;
  • Boa capacidade de negociação, comunicação e relacionamento;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens na região;
  • CNH categoria B.
