Job Description

Asegurar la recepción, acomodo y resguardo de la mercancía proveniente de Cedis a Tienda, mediante el control de inventarios y una entrega eficiente de artículos, para garantizar una experiencia de compra al cliente.

Responsibilities

• Ejecutar el proceso de recepción de mercancía proveniente de la bodega, verificando físicamente las cantidades y el estado de los artículos contra los documentos de cedis, para asegurar el ingreso correcto del inventario y reportar cualquier anomalía a tiempo. • Ofrecer al Clientes todas las posibilidades de solución en productos, servicios de postventa y financiamiento físicas y digitales, mencionando las características, ventajas, beneficios para incrementar la intención de compra y el índice de satisfacción del Cliente. • Clasificar y acomodar de manera estratégica los artículos dentro de la bodeguita de la sucursal, aplicando las normas de seguridad, limpieza y zonificación establecidas, para facilitar la localización rápida de los productos y optimizar los tiempos de operación en el piso de ventas. • Administrar, resguardar y auditar el inventario físico, mediante el uso de los sistemas digitales de control de la tienda y el cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad, para mitigar riesgos de merma, extravío o daño de los activos de la empresa. • Entregar los artículos a los clientes en tienda de manera ágil y oportuna,aplicando los estándares de servicio y amabilidad durante la interacción, para garantizar el cumplimiento de la entrega y elevar el indicador de NPS de la sucursal. • Asesorar y atender a los Clientes en servicios de postventa, ejecutando los procesos correctos para disminuir o evitar fricciones. • Conservar la limpieza y el mantenimiento en óptimas condiciones de la tienda, cumpliendo con los procesos establecidos, utilizando los insumos proporcionados por parte de Grupo Coppel para garantizar la buena imagen y seguridad en la tienda. • Conocer y aplicar el código de ética en todos mis comportamientos, comprendiendo cada concepto y su importancia, para transmitir a nuestros Clientes, Proveedores y Compañeros el propósito y los valores de Grupo Coppel.
