Job Description

Ejecutar la descarga de mercancía de cajas y/o contenedores en los tiempos establecidos para asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de trabajo diario, la meta de cero pendientes y evitar costos por estadías en cajas y contenedores externos.

Responsibilities

• Realizar la descarga de mercancía de Proveedores, Cajas Coppel, Cajas Rentadas, Contenedores Importación y de Cedis Cross para completar las tareas asignadas en el día de trabajo con apego a la guía de manejo de mercancía. • Etiquetar la mercancía que se recibe de Proveedor, con base en la información entregada por Oficina Control, con la finalidad de garantizar su inmediata identificación y disponibilidad en el área de surtido y entrega a cliente. • Entregar la mercancía recibida a los diferentes destinos, dentro del Cedis o las rampas de embarques para asegurar su correcta ubicación en almacén o su inmediata distribución. • Reportar las incidencias que se presentan en la operación del día al Gerente o Jefe, informando de manera puntual, con la intención de resolver la incidencia presentada • Verificar que la altura de las tarimas cumpla con las especificaciones del proveedor y manuales internos, para evitar la caída de lotes , previniendo así accidentes operativos y daños a la mercancía • Transportar la mercancía utilizando herramientas de traspaleo y tarimas en buen estado, para garantizar una manipulación segura hacia la sección de Surtido y prevenir daños a la carga o accidentes laborales. • Trabajar de manera coordinada para lograr la descarga de las unidades de transporte en los tiempos establecidos, evitando retrasos operativos y costos adicionales por estadías o demoras en el andén. Exclusivas Cedis Regional: • Confirmar a Oficina Control la entrega de mercancía a las diversas áreas, así como la mercancía dañada que se recibe, para que se levante un folio en rojo en caso de faltantes o dañados, y cartas informativas para el caso de sobrantes, gestionando las firmas de enterado con el Chófer del Proveedor. Exclusivas Cedis Importación: • Entregar la mercancía descargada de contenedores que contengan tres o más códigos o referencias al proceso de Surtido para su correcta clasificación y validación de destino. • Entregar la mercancía descargada de contenedores que contenga uno o dos códigos o referencias al proceso de Traslado para su correcta consolidación de destino. • Recibir, cotejar y revisar toda la mercancía llegada de proveedores importación contra la factura de pedido asegurando que los bultos por artículo y código sean correctas.
