Job Description

Entrenar y supervisar constantemente a sus Colaboradores, con el objetivo de incrementar las ventas, tener una exhibición ordenada y un inventario sano que permita brindar un excelente servicio a los Clientes.

Responsibilities

• Cumplir al 100 % con los procedimientos y diálogos descritos en los Manuales Técnicos Mejora Continua de Muebles y de Servicio y Garantías. • Instalar los Estándares No Negociables. • Controlar los gastos del Centro. • Cumplir con requerimientos de Auditoría. • Cuidar la disciplina del Centro. • Fomentar en su equipo de trabajo, el Propósito, Visión y Valores de la empresa. • Conocer y comunicar las decisiones de la empresa. • Controlar ajustes de inventario. • Cumplir las metas establecidas para su Tienda. • Tener la planta de personal completa. • Mantener la motivación del personal. • Mantener actualizada la Pizarra de Productividad. • Mantener actualizado y entrenado a su personal. • Mantener su carpeta de centro ordenada. • Supervisar que los colaboradores mantengan actualizada su carpeta de productividad . • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de tienda. • Mantener stock suficiente de folletos y suministros. • Mantener inventario sin faltantes/sobrantes. • Controlar generación de UDI’s. • Supervisar que se tenga la imagen de la Tienda limpia y ordenada. • Reducir filas en islas y controlar la atención a Clientes. • Controlar fondos para cambios y caja chica. • Conocer la campaña y promociones vigentes. • Tener la carpeta de decisiones ordenada y actualizada. • Elaborar rol de puerta , horarios de comida, rol de paqueteria y rol para corte general. • Mantener comunicación con las demás áreas de la empresa. • Realizar cobros por concepto de daños, faltantes y otros. • Realizar Plan de Desarrollo Anual y platicar con su Jefe directo. • Supervisar que las ventas a Colaboradores de la Tienda se realicen al final del día. • Cumplir y hacer cumplir al 100% los NO de Coppel. • Entregar los itinerario de Colaboradores a las Encargadas de Recursos Humanos para su captura. • Realizar el Plan de Desarrollo Anual de los Colaboradores.
