Job Description

Asegurar que en las áreas de la Tienda se cumplan las exhibiciones, manteniendo actualizados a Gerentes de Centro y vendedores de Tienda en los criterios de Exhibición que aplican en sus Centros, con el objetivo de conceptualizar y producir exhibiciones estéticas, funcionales e interesantes para captar la atención de nuestros Clientes.

Responsibilities

• Realizar visitas a las Tiendas correspondientes basándose en los resultados de las encuestas respondidas por los clientes en la plataforma ISA y la calificación de las Caminatas de Exhibición para cumplir con los indicadores. • Supervisar la correcta instalación de proyectos de exhibición en piso de venta para validar las tareas en la plataforma de SIGO con el objetivo de cumplir en sus indicadores de Caminatas de Exhibición. • Monitorear las calificaciones que otorgan los Clientes mediante encuesta ISA para retroalimentar a los Gerentes de Centro sobre la puntuación e implementar mejoras en las áreas de oportunidad. • Capacitar a Gerentes de Centro y Vendedores en temas de Exhibición para que puedan interpretar los Manuales y Guías de Exhibición para un correcto acomodo de la mercancía. • Realizar evaluaciones para aplicar Caminatas de Exhibición y check list de Temporada Navideña y Mundo Juguete para cumplir con la Matriz de Exhibición. • Participar y visitar Tiendas Nuevas y Tiendas en Remodelación para aplicar Matriz de Entrega por Etapa en remodelaciones. • Supervisar el habilitado y acomodo correcto de mercancía en piso de venta para mantener exhibiciones atractivas para el Cliente.
