Job Description

Generar y expandir la cartera de clientes nuevos mediante la promoción de servicios financieros, para fortalecer la base de usuarios y contribuir a la rentabilidad de las unidades y al éxito operativo en la apertura de Centros Financieros.

Responsibilities

• Identificar las necesidades financieras de los clientes y comunicar las características y beneficios de los productos, para ofrecer soluciones que satisfagan sus expectativas y fomenten su lealtad. • Cumplir la estrategia comercial con apego a la sistemática vigente, para alcanzar las metas de productividad, colocación y captación, contribuyendo a la rentabilidad de la sucursal. • Impulsar la captación de nuevos clientes mediante acciones de promoción en tienda y campo, así como la gestión de referidos, para incrementar la colocación de servicios financieros. • Coordinar la sinergia interdepartamental para la referenciación cruzada de productos, potenciando la colocación de tarjetas de crédito y prospectos de AFORE y contribuir en la rentabilidad integral de la Unidad de Negocio. • Cumplir con el estricto apego a la normatividad interna y externa en la integración de expedientes y validación biométrica mediante la identificación de clientes, con el objetivo de garantizar carteras sanas, cumplimiento a procesos auditables, minimizar fraudes y riesgos operativos que impactan al resultado de la operación. • Garantizar una atención de calidad mediante los estándares de servicio establecidos, para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y fortalecer la imagen de la marca. • Mantener actualizados sus conocimientos mediante programas de formación continua, para asegurar el dominio de productos y procesos. • Gestionar la derivación transaccional y digitalización de clientes mediante la promoción constante del uso de los canales alternos, con el fin de disminuir las filas de promotoria, agilizar los procesos de contratación, postventa, etc y mejorar la experiencia de los clientes. • Identificar y reportar operaciones inusuales en los sistemas internos, para cumplir con la normativa de prevención de lavado de dinero y evitar riesgos o sanciones.
