Job Description

Supervisar la correcta recepción y envío de mercancía en andenes hacia los CEDIS Regionales y CEDIS Cross mediante la inspección visual y conteo físico, con el objetivo de prevenir irregularidades y garantizar el cumplimiento de los horarios y procesos establecidos.

Responsibilities

• Supervisar y contabilizar la carga de mercancía en unidades de transporte desde el andén de embarques, registrándola en el formato de borrador de bitácora para asegurar que el destino reciba la mercancía sin diferencias de inventario. • Entregar la documentación de carga de mercancía a oficina de control para generación de bitácoras. • Reportar al Jefe de área el avance de carga y descarga de cajas /contenedores con mercancía, haciendo entrega de la documentación de la mercancía contabilizada para su correcta gestión en Oficina de Control. • Asegurar poner sello a cajas al momento de finalizar la caja del traspaso destino. • Supervisar que los artículos sean cargados desde el área de acumulación de tarimas en piso ubicada en la rampa, cumpliendo el orden establecido de carga por tipo de mercancía para lograr que el recibo de la misma en su destino sea lo más eficiente posible. • Dar seguimiento a irregularidades presentadas en su centro, con la intención de prevenir y/o corregir las desviaciones o ajustes de mercancía que se envían a CEDIS regionales para aclarar las diferencias de inventario y mantener una operación libre de incidencias. Exclusivas para Cedis Regional: • Supervisar la correcta recepción de mercancía proveniente de los Cedis Regionales y Cedis Cross cumpliendo los procesos establecidos para asegurar la colocación de la mercancía en su destino final en condiciones óptimas.
