Job Description

Coordinar la actividad operativa y comercial de los equipos de cajas de abono y ventanilla, garantizando la ejecución en apego a las normatividades internas y externas, promoviendo la atención calidad y un servicio memorable, gestionando la promoción de productos y servicios financieros con el objetivo de la excelencia operativa y la consecución de las metas y rentabilidad del Centro Financiero.

Responsibilities

Garantizar la correcta operación en las cajas de abono y ventanillas bancarias, supervisando que el personal realice sus actividades con apego a la normatividad interna y externa, informando a los equipos sobre los cambios y actualizaciones en los procesos, gestionando las necesidades o requerimientos de las áreas, etc con el objetivo de garantizar la continuidad y excelencia operativa (Cumplimiento y calificación de auditoria, minimizar riesgos, fraudes, multas y sanciones etc.) Garantizar la atención y servicio de calidad en las ventanillas y cajas de abono, vigilando que los equipos atienden de acuerdo a los estándares de servicio de generando experiencias únicas a los clientes con el objetivo de aumentar el resultado en el índice de Satisfacción al cliente y recomendación de marca. Coordinar la participación comercial del personal de cajas de abono y ventanilla, garantizando la promoción y colocación de productos, servicios y gestión de cobranza, dando seguimiento a las metas y productividades comerciales de los equipos, notificando los avances en la consecución de los esquemas de incentivos y con la finalidad de aportar al cumplimiento de las metas del centro financiero. Cumplir con las diferentes actividades de seguimiento (Arqueos de efectivo, inventarios, cierre y apertura de bóveda y atms, revisión de reversos, manejo de claves y usuarios, etc) dirigidas a garantizar el control interno y cumplimiento normativo interno y externo. Coordinar que se ejecute la derivación transaccional en cajas de abono y ventanilla supervisando que los equipos promociones, direccionen y asesoren sobre los diferentes canales alternos y digitales, coordinando la implementación y uso de la figura del anfitrión bancario, con el objetivo de mejorar los tiempos en filas y las experiencias de clientes. Gestionar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de ventanillas y ATMs, supervisando que el personal de cajas de abono y ventanillas reporte las incidencias que se presenten en tiempo y forma por los canales oficiales para mejorar la disponibilidad de los servicios y mejorar la experiencia de los clientes. Asegurar que el personal de ventanilla reporte las operaciones inusuales identificadas realizando la captura en la intranet Bancoppel con el objetivo de garantizar el cumplimiento con lo establecido en la prevención de lavado de dinero, minimizando posibilidades de fraude, multas y sanciones. Suplir y cubrir al gerente financiero en sus ausencias por cualquier motivo, atendiendo las actividades a su cargo para garantizar la continuidad operativa y comercial de la sucursal 9, Garantizar que los equipos cumplan con sus procesos de capacitación operativa y comercial mediante la aplicación de sus cursos en tiempo y forma, uso de materiales oficiales (infografías, guías, comunicados), realizar prácticas de role play, etc con el objetivo de contar con equipos certificados que atiendan y brinden de manera memorable. 10, Gestionar las acciones de clima laboral en las cajas de abono y ventanillas mediante la comunicación constante con los equipos, atención de temas y requerimientos dirigido a contar con equipos comprometidos e incrementar su permanencia.
