Job Description

Mantener en óptimas condiciones de operación los edificios de Grupo Coppel, a través de la aplicación de mantenimientos preventivos.

Responsibilities

• Realizar mantenimientos preventivos de equipos y áreas, a través del cumplimiento del calendario anual de trabajo, con la finalidad de mantener en óptimas condiciones el funcionamiento y seguridad de los inmuebles del grupo. • Realizar mantenimientos correctivos menores de equipos y áreas, a través de la asignación y clasificación de los trabajos por parte del Gerente de Mantenimiento/Jefe de Mantenimiento para optimizar los recursos del departamento. • Apoyar en la recepción de trabajos realizados por contratistas y/o proveedores, mediante la supervisión en sitio, para asegurar la correcta ejecución del mismo. • Asegurar que todos los equipos y áreas de los edificios estén inventariados, a través de la captura y actualización de información en sistema, para la correcta detonación de las rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo. • Mantener actualizada la carpeta de las rutinas preventivas realizadas, inventario de equipos y áreas, Formatos de Autorización de Trabajos archivando los mismos una vez realizadas las actividades para consulta de las diferentes dependencias de gobierno. • Apoyar en el envío de información a las áreas STAFF, a través de levantamientos físicos, con la finalidad de contribuir a la realización de los proyectos correspondientes. • Dar capacitación de conocimientos básicos de mantenimiento al Auxiliar de Piso, a través del acompañamiento en la ejecución de mantenimiento correctivos, con la finalidad de brindar apoyo al Técnico de Mantenimiento, para que el edificio opere en condiciones óptimas.
