DEINE ROLLE BEI SIXT

  • Du bearbeitest komplexe Anfragen unserer internationalen Firmenkunden und VIP-Kunden auf dem gesamten SIXT-Globus
  • Du kommunizierst mit den Kunden via E-Mail und Telefon auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bist mit Deiner Arbeit nachhaltig an der Steigerung der Zufriedenheit, als auch der Bindung der Kunden beteiligt
  • Du hast einen abwechslungsreichen Job und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg der Abteilung und des Unternehmens bei
  • Du bist bereit, von montags bis sonntags in Schichten von 8.00 - 18.00 Uhr zu arbeiten

DEINE FÄHIGKEITEN ZÄHLEN

  • Berufserfahrung Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung aus der Kundenbetreuung, dem Customer Service, der Hotellerie oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit mit
  • Kundenorientierung Du hast Spaß am Kundenkontakt, arbeitest selbständig und lösungsorientiert
  • Kommunikation Du bist kommunikativ, schreibst und telefonierst gerne
  • Teamfähigkeit Du bist ein Teamplayer und verlässlich
  • Sprachkenntnisse Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
