CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Position: Construction Manager Industry: Construction & Renovation Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily construction site operations.
  • Plan and coordinate project schedules and manpower.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure work quality and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage site workers and resolve site-related issues.
  • Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction experience.
  • Good knowledge of construction and renovation works.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
