Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Abrechner (m/w/d) im Bereich Bahnbau, der mit seiner Genauigkeit und seinem technischen Verständnis maßgeblich zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Projekte beiträgt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Abrechnung von Bauleistungen im Bereich Bahnbau
  • Prüfung und Aufbereitung von Aufmaßen sowie Erstellung von Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen
  • Erfassung und Dokumentation der ausgeführten Bauleistungen
  • Abstimmung der Abrechnungsunterlagen mit Bauleitung, Projektleitung, Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
  • Unterstützung bei der Prüfung von Nachträgen und der wirtschaftlichen Projektkontrolle

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Bauwesen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Abrechnung von Bauleistungen, vorzugsweise im Bahn-, Tief- oder Ingenieurbau
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit Aufmaßen und Bauunterlagen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten
