Unser Mandant ist ein erfolgreiches und etabliertes Bauunternehmen, das anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte im Wohn- und Gewerbebau realisiert. Das Unternehmen steht für hohe Qualitätsstandards, innovative Bauprozesse und eine professionelle Projektabwicklung. Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird ein Arbeitsvorbereiter Hochbau (m/w/d) für die Standorte Stuttgart oder Karlsruhe gesucht, der die Bauprojekte bereits in der frühen Phase aktiv mitgestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Optimierung von Hochbauprojekten vor Beginn der Bauausführung
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsablauf-, Termin- und Baustelleneinrichtungsplanungen
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung und Bauleitung bei technischen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen
  • Prüfung von Ausführungsunterlagen sowie Koordination mit Fachplanern, Nachunternehmern und internen Projektbeteiligten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung wirtschaftlicher und effizienter Bauabläufe

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, eine technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Bauleitung oder Projektabwicklung im Hochbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bauablauf, in der Kalkulation und in technischen Zusammenhängen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Planunterlagen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Bauprozesse
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
