Für den Standort im Raum Lahr/Schwarzwald wird nun tatkräftige Unterstützung im Bereich der Bauabrechnung gesucht.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Ermittlung von Aufmaßen und Abrechnung laufender Bauprojekte
  • Erstellung planbasierter Abrechnungen sowie Abrechnungen nach vor Ort erhobenem Aufmaß
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen der eingesetzten Nachunternehmer
  • Durchführung präziser Mengenermittlungen für die betreuten Bauvorhaben

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieur- oder Vermessungswesen, eine Technikerausbildung in diesem Bereich oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Baugewerbe
  • Von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich: Kenntnisse im Abrechnungsmodul der Software BRZ
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung
