Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Hochbauprojekten auf der Baustelle und steuern alle Abläufe bis zur erfolgreichen Fertigstellung.
  • Dabei koordinieren Sie Nachunternehmer, Lieferanten und interne Teams und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Baufortschritt.
  • Sie überwachen kontinuierlich Termine, Kosten und Bauqualität und stellen sicher, dass alle Vorgaben eingehalten werden.
  • Zusätzlich führen Sie regelmäßige Baustellenbegehungen durch, erkennen Risiken frühzeitig und leiten geeignete Maßnahmen ein.
  • Sie sind zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Bauherrn, Planern und ausführenden Firmen und sorgen für eine klare Kommunikation im Projekt.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker/Meister)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bauleiter im Hochbau oder in der Bauausführung
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Regelwerke und Vorschriften (z. B. VOB)
  • Organisationstalent sowie Durchsetzungsstärke auf der Baustelle
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Teamfähigkeit
