Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die eigenständige Steuerung und Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Hochbauprojekte während der Ausführungsphase
  • Koordination und Führung von Nachunternehmern, Fachplanern sowie weiteren Projektbeteiligten auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Terminvorgaben und Projektbudgets
  • Überwachung der Arbeitssicherheit sowie Kontrolle der fach- und vertragsgerechten Ausführung aller Bauleistungen
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Behörden, Fachingenieure und interne Projektteams

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare bautechnische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung von Hochbauprojekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse der VOB sowie der relevanten technischen Regelwerke und Vorschriften
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
