Im Auftrag eines etablierten Unternehmens aus der Baubranche suchen wir im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit für die Bauleitung. Unser Mandant ist spezialisiert auf Planungs- und Ausführungsleistungen im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Elektro- und Steuerungstechnik) sowie auf die Projektplanung nach HOAI und betreut Projekte sowohl regional als auch überregional. Aus Vertraulichkeitsgründen erfolgt die Nennung des Unternehmensnamens erst im weiteren Bewerbungsprozess.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortliche Steuerung mittlerer bis großer Projekte im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär, sowohl vor Ort als auch überregional
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Begleitung des Montageteams direkt auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherstellung der Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz während der gesamten Bauphase
  • Unterstützung der übergeordneten Projektleitung bei der Ausarbeitung von Zeit- und Ablaufplänen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung von Personaleinsatz und Materialbedarf
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen sowie Zuarbeit zur Abrechnung
  • Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Baustellenablaufs unter Einhaltung von Qualität und Terminvorgaben
  • Zentrale Kontaktperson für alle am Bau beteiligten Parteien

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meister- oder Technikerausbildung im HLS-Bereich – alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
  • Erste Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Führung von Baustellen von Vorteil
  • Routine im Umgang mit Aufmaß- und Abrechnungsprozessen
  • Sicheres Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Eigenständige, gut organisierte und verlässliche Herangehensweise an Aufgaben
  • Ausgeprägte Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Solide Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten und Montageeinsätzen
