Unser Mandant ist ein erfolgreiches und wirtschaftlich stark aufgestelltes Bauunternehmen, das anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte in der Region realisiert. Der Fokus liegt insbesondere auf Gewerbe-, Industrie- und Büroimmobilien sowie Logistik- und Lagerhallen. Das Unternehmen überzeugt durch eine hohe Ausführungsqualität, moderne Prozesse und eine sehr stabile Auftragslage. Zur weiteren Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Mandanten einen Bauleiter Hochbau (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Abwicklung von Hochbauprojekten im Gewerbe-, Industrie- und Bürobau
  • Steuerung und Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherstellung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Führung und Koordination von Nachunternehmern und Baustellenteams
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts sowie aktives Nachtrags- und Änderungsmanagement

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung im Hochbau, idealerweise im Gewerbe- oder Industriebau
  • Gute Kenntnisse der VOB sowie der Bauabläufe im schlüsselfertigen oder rohbaunahen Hochbau
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationsgeschick
