Unser Mandant ist ein erfolgreiches und etabliertes Bauunternehmen, das anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte in der Region realisiert. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf technisch anspruchsvollen Bauvorhaben, bei denen die technische Gebäudeausrüstung eine zentrale Rolle spielt. Moderne Strukturen, eine stabile Auftragslage und kurze Entscheidungswege bieten den Mitarbeitenden ein professionelles Umfeld mit langfristiger Perspektive. Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird ein Bauleiter TGA / HLKS (m/w/d) gesucht, der technische Verantwortung übernimmt und Projekte aktiv mitgestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Überwachung der TGA-/HLKS-Gewerke auf der Baustelle
  • Koordination von Nachunternehmern, Fachplanern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Ausführung der technischen Gewerke
  • Prüfung von Planungs- und Ausführungsunterlagen sowie Begleitung von Abnahmen und Inbetriebnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Bauherrn und den weiteren Gewerken auf der Baustelle

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister oder Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung bzw. Projektabwicklung im Bereich TGA / HLKS
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Klima und Sanitär
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
