Im Bereich Bahnbau übernimmt das Unternehmen die Umsetzung technisch komplexer Bauvorhaben und steht dabei für Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und professionelle Projektabwicklung. Eine stabile Auftragslage, moderne Strukturen und kurze Entscheidungswege schaffen ein attraktives Umfeld für Fachkräfte, die Verantwortung übernehmen und sich fachlich weiterentwickeln möchten. Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird ein Kalkulator Bahnbau (m/w/d) gesucht, der mit seinem technischen und kaufmännischen Verständnis maßgeblich zur erfolgreichen Angebots- und Projektabwicklung beiträgt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Kalkulation anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte im Bereich Bahnbau
  • Prüfung und Bewertung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Ermittlung von Baukosten, Material-, Geräte- und Personalkosten
  • Einholung und Bewertung von Angeboten von Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Bauleitung und Einkauf bei der Vorbereitung und Übergabe der Projekte

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, eine technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation, idealerweise im Bahn-, Tief- oder Ingenieurbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Bauausführung und ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeunterlagen sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse der VOB
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verhandlungsgeschick und wirtschaftliches Denken
