Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der sorgfältigen Planung und Umsetzung von Wohn- und Gewerbebauten nach höchsten Qualitätsmaßstäben. Dabei verbindet das Unternehmen fundierte Branchenerfahrung mit zeitgemäßen Kalkulationsverfahren und digitalisierten Arbeitsabläufen, um Bauvorhaben wirtschaftlich und zielgerichtet zu realisieren. Zur Verstärkung des Teams an einem der Standorte Stuttgart oder Karlsruhe suchen wir eine Fachkraft, die die Kalkulation von Angeboten selbstständig verantwortet und die Projektteams in wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie erstellen eigenverantwortlich Kalkulationen für Angebote und Aufträge im Rahmen anspruchsvoller Hochbauprojekte.
  • Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Leistungsverzeichnisse und technische Planungsunterlagen prüfen und bewerten Sie mit Blick auf ihre wirtschaftliche Umsetzbarkeit.
  • Sie ermitteln Mengen, Kosten, Zeitaufwände und weitere relevante Kennzahlen als Basis fundierter wirtschaftlicher Entscheidungen.
  • In enger Abstimmung mit Projekt- und Bauleitung entwickeln Sie tragfähige Strategien für Ausführung und Kalkulation.
  • Sie führen Nachkalkulationen durch und werten Projektergebnisse aus, um die Wirtschaftlichkeit fortlaufend zu optimieren.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens, der Bauwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in der Kalkulation von Hochbauprojekten bringen Sie mit.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in VOB, Baukalkulation und Kostenplanung zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit gängiger Kalkulationssoftware wie California, BKI oder RIB iTWO ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Eine analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise rundet Ihr Profil ab.
