Das Unternehmen kombiniert langjährige Erfahrung mit modernen Kalkulationsmethoden und digitalen Prozessen, um Projekte wirtschaftlich und effizient umzusetzen. Für den Standort Stuttgart oder Karlsruhe suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Mandanten einen Kalkulator Hochbau (m/w/d), der die Angebotskalkulation eigenverantwortlich übernimmt und die Projektteams bei der wirtschaftlichen Planung unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Erstellung von Angebots- und Auftragskalkulationen für anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte
  • Prüfung und Bewertung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie technischen Planungsunterlagen
  • Ermittlung von Mengen, Kosten, Arbeitszeiten und relevanten Kennwerten als Grundlage für wirtschaftliche Projektentscheidungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projekt- und Bauleitung zur Entwicklung optimierter Ausführungs- und Kalkulationsstrategien
  • Durchführung von Nachkalkulationen sowie Analyse von Projektergebnissen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Bauwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Hochbauprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB, Baukalkulation und Kostenplanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kalkulationssoftware (z. B. California, BKI, RIB iTWO)
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
