Unser Mandant baut und modernisiert Versorgungsnetze für Kommunen, Betriebe und Bürger. Für den Standort Stuttgart wird eine erfahrene Führungskraft gesucht, die mehrere Tiefbauprojekte verantwortet, direkt an die Betriebsleitung berichtet und den regionalen Rohrleitungs- und Tiefbau mit ausbaut.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für mehrere Projekte im Rohrleitungs- und Tiefbau in technischer, kaufmännischer und organisatorischer Hinsicht
  • Führung und Förderung der Bauleitungen und Projektteams, besonders von Nachwuchsführungskräften
  • Planung von Personal, Geräten und Nachunternehmern sowie Controlling von Budgets, Kalkulationen, Abrechnungen und Prognosen
  • Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement, Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebern, Planern, Behörden und Partnern sowie Mitwirkung bei Kalkulation und Akquise
  • Überwachung von Arbeitsschutz und technischen Vorgaben sowie Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und Digitalisierung am Standort

Ihr Profil

  • Studium Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Praxis als (Senior-/Ober-)Bauleiter im Rohrleitungs-, Netz- oder Tiefbau
  • Führungserfahrung mit Bauleitern, Polieren oder größeren Teams
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in VOB, Bauvertragsrecht, Kalkulation und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Verhandlungsstärke, wertschätzender Führungsstil, digitale Routine und Führerschein Klasse B
