Im Bereich Bahnbau übernimmt das Unternehmen vielseitige Projekte und verbindet technische Kompetenz mit einer professionellen und modernen Bauabwicklung. Eine stabile Auftragslage, kurze Entscheidungswege und ein kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld bieten Ihnen dabei eine langfristige berufliche Perspektive. Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird ein Polier Bahnbau (m/w/d) gesucht, der auf der Baustelle Verantwortung übernimmt und gemeinsam mit seinem Team für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung sorgt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination der Bauausführung im Bereich Bahnbau
  • Führung und Einteilung der gewerblichen Mitarbeiter sowie Koordination von Nachunternehmern
  • Überwachung von Bauablauf, Qualität, Terminen und eingesetzten Ressourcen
  • Umsetzung der Vorgaben aus Ausführungsplanung, Bauleitung und Projektleitung
  • Durchführung von Aufmaßen sowie Unterstützung bei der Baustellendokumentation und Abrechnung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Polier, Werkpolier oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bahnbau, Tiefbau, Gleisbau oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der praktischen Bauausführung und Baustellenorganisation
  • Führungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
