Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Leitung von Hochbaubaustellen vom Baustart bis zur Fertigstellung
  • Führung und Koordination der gewerblichen Mitarbeiter sowie der Nachunternehmer auf der Baustelle
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Ausführung der Bauarbeiten
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitung, Projektleitung und allen am Bau beteiligten Partnern

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier, Werkpolier oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau, idealerweise als Polier
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Baustellenorganisation sowie im Bauablauf
  • Führungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten
