Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird ein engagierter Polier (m/w/d) gesucht, der seine Erfahrung auf anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten einbringen und Verantwortung auf der Baustelle übernehmen möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination der Bauausführung im Ingenieur- und Brückenbau
  • Führung und Einteilung der gewerblichen Mitarbeiter sowie Koordination der Nachunternehmer
  • Überwachung des Bauablaufs und Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Umsetzung der Ausführungsplanung sowie Kontrolle der fachgerechten Ausführung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung und Unterstützung bei Aufmaß, Dokumentation und Abnahmen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum geprüften Polier, Werkpolier oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Ingenieurbau, Brückenbau oder konstruktiven Betonbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Bauausführung sowie im Lesen und Umsetzen von Bau- und Ausführungsplänen
  • Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
