Ein eingespieltes, fachlich versiertes Team sorgt dafür, dass Großprojekte termingerecht und in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden. Für den Ausbau- und Neubaubereich der Strecke Karlsruhe–Basel wird nun eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit gesucht.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Steuerung und Umsetzung von Bauvorhaben im Rahmen des Streckenausbaus bzw. -neubaus Karlsruhe–Basel
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der eingesetzten Bauleiter sowie Verantwortung für deren Einsatzplanung
  • Koordination von Personalressourcen sowie Planung und Disposition von Material und Baugeräten
  • Überwachung des Baufortschritts und laufender Abgleich der Baustellenergebnisse
  • Ausarbeitung, Verhandlung und konsequente Durchsetzung von Nachträgen
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und der Deutschen Bahn
  • Mitwirkung bei Akquise und Kalkulation von Projekten im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Gezielte fachliche Entwicklung und Förderung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
  • Laufende Soll-Ist-Vergleiche sowie Prognosen zum voraussichtlichen Bauzeitende
  • Verantwortung für das kaufmännische Controlling, inklusive fristgerechter Rechnungsstellung und Umsatzplanung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium (FH/TH) oder eine Qualifikation als Bautechniker/in
  • Mehr als zehn Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten für die Deutsche Bahn
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen DB-Regelwerke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Software für Terminplanung, Kalkulation und Abrechnung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsstärke und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zugleich teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
