Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortliche Steuerung anspruchsvoller Roh- und Schlüsselfertigbauprojekte hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität, Terminen und Ressourcen.
  • Führung und Koordination der Bauleiter, Nachunternehmer, Planungsbeteiligten und internen Projektteams während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit.
  • Überwachung der wirtschaftlichen Projektentwicklung sowie Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Nachtragsmanagement.
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Fachplaner und weitere Projektpartner mit dem Ziel einer erfolgreichen Projektabwicklung.
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Entwicklung effizienter Lösungen für technische und organisatorische Herausforderungen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Roh- oder Schlüsselfertigbauprojekten.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht, Nachtragsmanagement und in der wirtschaftlichen Steuerung von Bauprojekten.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Projektbeteiligten.
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsfreude und unternehmerisches Denken.
