Zur Verstärkung des Teams wird ein Projektleiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Hochbau / Schlüsselfertigbau für die Standorte Nürnberg oder Frankfurt gesucht, der Projekte eigenverantwortlich zum Erfolg führt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller Hochbau- und Schlüsselfertigbauprojekte
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Koordination und Führung der Bauleiter, Fachplaner, Nachunternehmer und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Behörden und Planungspartner während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit
  • Mitwirkung bei Vergaben, Nachtragsmanagement sowie der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Projektabläufen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter, Bauleiter oder in einer vergleichbaren Position im Hoch- oder Schlüsselfertigbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Projektabwicklung sowie im Vertragsrecht (VOB)
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Organisationstalent und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Führungsqualitäten und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
