Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung der TGA-Gewerke in anspruchsvollen Hochbauprojekten
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit Bauherren, Fachplanern, Nachunternehmern und internen Projektteams
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Umsetzung aller TGA-Leistungen
  • Technische Prüfung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Planungs- und Ausführungsprozesse
  • Begleitung der Projekte von der Planungsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik oder TGA
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Bauleitung im Bereich Technische Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller TGA-Projekte im Hochbau
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber allen Projektbeteiligten
