Unser Auftraggeber zählt zu den etablierten Adressen im schlüsselfertigen Großprojektbau in Deutschland und realisiert als Teil einer überregional aufgestellten Unternehmensgruppe anspruchsvolle Bauvorhaben – von Verwaltungs- und Klinikgebäuden über Sport- und Veranstaltungsstätten bis hin zu Hotels und öffentlichen Einrichtungen. Mit mehreren hundert Beschäftigten wird dabei viel Wert auf partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie auf kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung technischer Lösungen gelegt. Mitarbeitende erhalten spürbaren Gestaltungsspielraum, tragen früh Verantwortung und wirken aktiv an innovativen Projekten mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung zugewiesener Fassadenprojekte über sämtliche Projektphasen hinweg
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für die konstruktive Ausgestaltung der Fassaden bei vielfältigen, oft anspruchsvollen Bauvorhaben
  • Kontrolle und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Planungsunterlagen, die durch externe Partner erstellt wurden
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen für die betreuten Fassadengewerke sowie Verantwortung für den gesamten Ausschreibungsablauf
  • Führung von Verhandlungen im Rahmen der Vergabe an Nachunternehmer sowie Begleitung der Projekte bis zur finalen Abnahme der Fassadenbauleistungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder in der Architektur, alternativ eine bautechnische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation zum Techniker (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare fachliche Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in Planung und Umsetzung von Fassaden-, Dach- oder Dachkonstruktionsprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Software für Kalkulation und Ausschreibung, beispielsweise iTWO
  • Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung
  • Bereitschaft und Freude daran, eigenes Fachwissen an Kolleginnen und Kollegen weiterzugeben
