We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is eager to learn, proactive, and interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
You'll get hands-on exposure to the recruitment process, working with candidates, hiring teams, and clients across local and international markets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Source and identify suitable candidates for open positions across local and international markets.
- Assist with job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and other stages of the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment requirements.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and external recruitment partners.
- Conduct research on talent markets, hiring trends, and relevant roles.
- Assist with recruitment reports and tracking hiring progress.
- Support the team with day-to-day talent acquisition and HR activities.
