Nu söker vi ytterligare en fastighetsmäklare och blivande kollega som, precis som vi, drivs av att överträffa kundens förväntningar samtidigt som du strävar mot dina egna och våra gemensamma mål.

Vi är ett etablerat team med god lokalkännedom och en stark position på marknaden. Hos oss får du möjlighet att utvecklas vidare som mäklare, samtidigt som du blir en del av ett gäng som trivs väldigt bra tillsammans. Vi tror på att göra ett riktigt bra jobb, men också på att ha roligt längs vägen.

För oss är det viktigt att du är driven och resultatinriktad, men också att du sätter kunden i fokus och bidrar till en bra stämning på kontoret. Vi hjälps åt, delar med oss av erfarenheter och ser gärna att du tar egna initiativ.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som är registrerad fastighetsmäklare eller som snart är klar med dina studier och på väg in i yrket.

Du är engagerad, nyfiken och tycker om att bygga relationer. Som mäklare hos oss arbetar du med fokus på kvalitet, service och professionalism, samtidigt som du har en tydlig ambition att nå dina egna mål.

Det är meriterande om du redan har en koppling till Karlstad eller närområdet, men det viktigaste för oss är att du har viljan att etablera dig och bygga din verksamhet här.
