Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Aktivt bygga och vårda relationer med fastighetsägare, företag, investerare och andra aktörer.
  • Identifiera och prospektera nya affärsmöjligheter på den kommersiella fastighetsmarknaden.
  • Genomföra värderingar, marknadsanalyser, hyres- och försäljningsuppdrag.
  • Förhandla och driva fastighetsaffärer — från första kontakt till avslut.
  • Rådgivning och stöd för kunder genom hela transaktionsprocessen, med fokus på kundens behov och långsiktiga framgång.

Vi söker dig som är transaktionsrådgivare eller kommersiell fastighetsmäklare idag.

Måste ha:

  • Relevant utbildning eller registrering (om tillämpligt) samt god förståelse för fastighetsmarknaden.
  • Mycket god kommunikations- och förhandlingsförmåga.
  • Förmåga att bygga starka relationer och affärsnätverk.
  • Ett starkt driv, affärsorientering och affärs­känsla.
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och strukturerat — från prospektering till avslut.

Meriterande:

  • Jobbar som fastighetsmäklare idag och vill vidareutvecklas inom kommersiella fastigheter.
  • Erfarenhet av kommersiella fastigheter, bolagstransaktioner eller liknande.
  • Nätverk inom fastighetsbolag, banker, investerare eller näringsliv.
  • Erfarenhet av värdering, marknadsanalys eller rådgivande försäljning.
  • God lokalkännedom i relevant region.
