Die Städtische Klinikum Braunschweig gGmbH ist das Krankenhaus der Maximalversorgung für die Region Braunschweig und mit 1.499 Planbetten eines der größten Krankenhäuser in Deutschland. Mit 21 Kliniken und zehn selbstständigen klinischen Abteilungen sowie sieben Instituten wird nahezu das komplette Fächerspektrum der Medizin abgedeckt. Pro Jahr werden fast 50.000 Patienten stationär und mehr als 200.000 Patienten ambulant behandelt.

Information zur Klinik / Fachabteilung

Die erweiterte Klinik für Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik unter Leitung von Herrn Chefarzt Privatdozent Dr. Diehl in einem attraktiven Neubau verfügt über 127 stationäre und 20 teilstationäre Behandlungsplätze. Sie ist untergliedert in eine akut beschützte Behandlungseinheit, Stationen für Allgemeinpsychiatrie, Psychotherapie, Suchtmedizin, Gerontopsychiatrie, Psychosomatik, eine Tag- und Nachtklinik, eine Institutsambulanz, Notfallambulanz und den Konsiliar-Dienst. Durch die Einbindung in ein Großkrankenhaus besteht eine umfangreiche interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachgebieten zur Behandlung bei psychiatrisch-somatischer Komorbidität.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung

Je nach Art des Praktikums erhalten Sie einen Einblick in folgende Tätigkeitsfelder:

Orientierungspraktikum (frühe Studienphase)

  • Einblicke in psychiatrische und psychotherapeutische Arbeitsfelder
  • Hospitation bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Stationsalltag
  • Kennenlernen des multiprofessionellen Behandlungssystems

BQT-1 (fortgeschrittene Bachelorphase)

  • Mitarbeit unter Anleitung in diagnostischen Prozessen
  • unterstützende Tätigkeiten in Gruppen- oder Einzelsettings (keine eigene Therapie)
  • Fallbesprechungen und klinische Dokumentation
  • Mitarbeit an Stationsprozessen oder kleinen Projekten
  • Verbesserung des Qualitätsmanagements

Arbeitszeit Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt max. 38,5 Stunden in einer 5-Tage-Woche.

Voraussetzungen

  • Sie haben ein Studium der Psychologie begonnen (Bachelor)
  • Sie möchten im Rahmen Ihrer Studienordnung ein Orientierungspraktikum oder die Berufsqualifizierende Tätigkeit I (BQT-1) absolvieren
  • Motivation, Engagement und Interesse an der klinisch-psychologischen Arbeit
