Die Städtische Klinikum Braunschweig gGmbH ist das Krankenhaus der Maximalversorgung für die Region Braunschweig und mit 1.499 Planbetten eines der größten Krankenhäuser in Deutschland. Mit 21 Kliniken und zehn selbstständigen klinischen Abteilungen sowie sieben Instituten wird nahezu das komplette Fächerspektrum der Medizin abgedeckt. Pro Jahr werden fast 50.000 Patienten stationär und mehr als 200.000 Patienten ambulant behandelt.

Information zur Klinik / Fachabteilung

Im skbs wird ein zukunftsorientiertes Facility Management aufgebaut. Aufgabe des Facility Management wird es sein, den Technischen Betrieb für eine neue Zentralklinik sicherzustellen. Aber während des Übergangszeitraumes auch noch Bestandsgebäude zu betreuen. Dieses Facility Management gliedert sich in die Abteilungen First-Level-Support, Second-Level-Support und Internal Support. Die ausgeschriebene Stelle ist dem First-Level-Support zugeordnet. Wobei im First-Level-Support folgende Geschäftsprozesse durchgeführt werden:

- Ausübung des Hausrechtes für den „Technischen Betrieb“ - Bedienung (Steuerung, Regelung, Schaltung usw.) von Bauteilen, Anlagen und Maschinen - Durchführung von Maßnahmen und Projekten (Schwerpunkt auf Maßnahmen) - Bewältigung von Krisen bzw. Mitwirkung daran - Instandhaltung von technischen Anlagen gewerkeübergreifend

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung

  • Bedienung und Instandhaltung von Bauteilen, Anlagen und Maschinen (gewerkeübergreifend)
  • Bearbeitung von Tickets des CAFM-Systems zur Störungsbeseitigung
  • Planung und Durchführung vorbeugender Wartungs- und Inspektionsmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung an der Krisenbewältigung
  • die Tätigkeit erstreckt sich über alle Standorte des skbs inner- und außerhalb von Braunschweig
  • Dienste erfolgen in der Früh- und Spätschicht inkl. Rufdienst

Voraussetzungen

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative
  • sicherer Umgang mit den Systemen der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie (z.B. MS-Office Anwendungen)
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zu Rufdiensten am Wochenende, an Feiertagen sowie in der Nacht
